Accept and set the folder to the relevant folder on the Steam Deck (I usually make sure the PC has the most recent version and wipe anything out of the SD side) and double check Send and Receive is enabled on SD too. Beyond that, Valve has connections to Nintendo and at one point, was planning a Half-Life spin-off for the Switch and PC.
